Bogor, June 20, 2026 – The Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) held a send-off event for students participating in the Merdeka Belajar Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Internship Program who have completed their internships at RACER Robotic. The event also included the signing of documents for extending the collaboration as a way to strengthen the synergy between universities and the industrial world.
The MBKM internship program has given students the chance to gain hands-on work experience in the industry, especially in technology and robotics. During the program, students were involved in various activities that helped develop technical skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a real understanding of what the workplace truly demands.
The withdrawal of internship students marks the end of the current MBKM program period. This activity also serves as an opportunity to evaluate the various experiences and achievements that students have gained while undergoing learning processes outside the campus through industry partners.
In addition to the withdrawal of internship students, this event also included the signing of a document to extend the collaboration between the Faculty of Computer Science at Djuanda University and RACER Robotic. This extension is a strategic step to continue the well-established collaboration in supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
The scope of the extended collaboration includes the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, research activities, training and certification, technology development, community service, as well as other academic activities relevant to the needs of the business and industrial world.
Through this ongoing collaboration, it is hoped that more students will have the opportunity to develop competencies in line with industry needs and gain practical experience that can serve as a foundation when entering the workforce.
The event concluded with the signing of the cooperation documents, the exchange of souvenirs, and a group photo session as a symbol of both parties' commitment to continue strengthening collaboration in supporting the improvement of education quality, technology development, and the enhancement of competitive and capable human resources.
